1. Do you ship regionally and internationally?

Unfortunately, not at this time, we only deliver locally (Barbados) at the moment 💕

2. How long is processing time?

Our products are already made and ready to be packaged. Processing commences when you place your order.

3. How can I reconfirm my order and delivery?

An email & a text message will be sent out to reconfirm your order and delivery. You can either reply to the text message or the email. You can also reconfirm your order and delivery via Instagram, @prettylvlycos.

4. What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Cash On Delivery & Bank Transfers via CIBC 1st Pay & PayPal. Note well, our conversion is $1USD = $2BBD.

  • *Customers who choose the Bank Transfer/Deposit option at checkout, PLEASE follow all instructions.
  • Customers who choose to pay via PayPal, please state so when reconfirming your order and delivery.

5. Can I return products?

No, due to sanitary reasons. We DO NOT accept returns. Also, we do not accept returns on any sale items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

6. Are your products vegan friendly & cruelty free?

Yes! Our products are handmade with natural ingredients. They are not tested on animals 💕

7. What do I do if my Whipped Body Butter has melted?

You can place it in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to re-solidify or keep at room temperature . Melted Whipped Body Butters will not loose any benefits that are aimed for the skin.

9. What are delivery costs?

Delivery ranges from:

Paid Deliveries:

  • Bridgetown - $5.00 BBD / $2.50 USD
  • Limegrove - $10.00 BBD / $5.00 USD
  • Dome Mall - $10.00 BBD / $5.00 USD

Home / Office Deliveries - Free - $15.00 BBD / $7.50 USD depending on where you are located.

10. Do you offer in-store collections?

Yes! If you chose the Pick-Up option, you will be sent the directions via email / text messages / WhatsApp.

11. Do you deliver on Sundays?

Unfortunately, no. Collections are only available on Sundays. 💕

12. Can I edit my order? 

Yes! While supplies last. Email us at mbacbeauty@gmail.com  / message us on Instagram @prettylvlycos to edit your order.

13. Do I have to set up an account to place an order?

No. You do not have to have an account to place an order.

14. How often do you restock?

Restock dates vary depending on product availability. Please sign up for our emails subscription to find out when your favourite products will be back in stock!

15. Do you offer discounts?

Yes, from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email subscription to receive news on special offers. 💕

16. What temperatures do my whipped body butters need to be stored at?

We recommend storing your body butters in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

17. Can I use the Body Glow Oils & Whipped Body Butters on my face?

No, we do not recommend using these products on the face as they are fragranced. We recommend using these products on the arms, legs and chest.

18. I bought products at a certain price before but now I see a different price. Did the prices go up?

Yes, prices did increase. Due to the rising costs of raw materials, courier/shipping prices and packaging, we decided to slightly increase the prices on our items. Different collections will have different prices also. Increases range from $1.25 USD - $2.50 USD
